All deliveries are handled by our trained team and will delivery to the room of your choice, anywhere on the UK mainland. Whether it’s up narrow staircases or into a loft conversion we ensure your item arrives safely on time and placed with care at chosen room.
Allow 3 to 10 working days, depending on your location for your delivery. Once the order has been placed then our customer service team will contact to discuss suitable date and time in advance with you and at the day of delivery you will receive second call of confirmation for time slot. We request all our customer to inform us in advance if they are unable to receive their item/s so we can re-schedule it.

- Your items are made to order in our UK factory.
- Once your purchased item is ready, it will be handed over to our trusted logistics partner.
- You’ll be contacted to book your delivery date.
- Our expert two-man team will then deliver your bed to the room of your choice.

All our beds, mattresses and headboards are made to your specific requirements and delivered 2-Man Room of Choice within 3-10 working days to the majority of UK mainland postcodes.
We offer all customers an estimated lead-time which is dependent on postcode area. This lead-time will be confirmed by our delivery partners 24-48 hours prior to your delivery slot. Please ensure your contact number is correct so the transport team can contact you.
